Talk: MAKING HISTORY - Introduction to the HTML5 history API (Giovanni Casinelli - Dimest)
Talk Description: From Hashbang to pushState: how to deal with URLs from the client-side. The talk will cover how client-side URLs management was done in the past and what's the modern way to do it, through the new HTML5 history API. How to use some cool javascript library like History.js is also discussed.Speaker Profile: Giovanni is an entrepreneur and computer engineer from Italy, currently based in Singapore working on his 2 startups: BonAppetour and Dimest. He’s addicted to his work, science, space, and Quora.
