1) Streaming Database Internals: RisingWave
Learn about RisingWave’s Streaming Database internals and primitives, as well as backfill optimizations, locality, and query optimizations.

Noel works at RisingWave Labs as a Database Kernel Engineer. His work interests are in Distributed Systems, low level programming and Observability. In his spare time he likes to play board games and exercise.
2) Homebrew at Scale: Automated Builds and ARM64 Linux
In this talk, explore Homebrew package manager from a maintainer’s perspective, how the automated CI pipeline builds and distributes binary packages, and the technical challenges of porting Homebrew to ARM64 Linux.
